Bid in house
Join us at either Tauranga or Hamilton on the designated auction day and time. All auctions are online and commence on a Friday at 6pm and conclude on a Tuesday at 10am
Register as an online bidder via our website HERE. Once registered you will receive an email that you need to verify to complete the process. Once verified you can enter the online auction portal and bid away. Please note the auction will run live online but there is also pre bidding available from the Friday evening before the Tuesday auction. If you are successful at auction, an invoice will be emailed to you with payment details within 24 hours. Please note there is a buyer’s premium of 15 % plus GST. This will add 17.25 % to the hammer price. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and must be made within 3 days. Payment may be made in cash, by EFTPOS or Credit Card, internet banking and online with POLi (surcharges may apply).
Collection or delivery
Items are to be picked up from either Hamilton or Tauranga depending on what site your auction was held. McElwains do not transfer purchases between our two lcoations. All items are to be picked up within 3 days of the auction unless previously arranged.
