Bid in house
Join us at either Katikati or Hamilton on the designated auction day and time. Arrive at least 10 minutes early so that you can register to bid. You will receive a buyer’s number that you will raise to the auctioneer when you want to bid.
Register as an online bidder via our website HERE. Once registered you will receive an email that you need to verify to complete the process. Once verified you can enter the online auction portal and bid away. Please note the auction will run live online but there is also pre bidding available from the Friday evening before the Tuesday auction. If you are successful at auction, you may make payment at the end of the auction then take your goods. If you do not wish to wait an invoice will be emailed to you with payment details within 24 hours. Please note there is a buyer’s premium of 15 % plus GST. This will add 17.25 % to the hammer price. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and must be made within 3 days. Payment may be made in cash, by EFTPOS or Credit Card, internet banking and online with POLi (surcharges may apply).
Collection or delivery
Items are to be picked up from either Hamilton or Katikati depending on what site your auction was held. Smaller items can be transported for you back to your closest auction house. Delivery of bulky and/or large quantities of items can be arranged at an additional cost. All items are to be picked up within 3 days of the auction unless previously arranged.
